I founded and led a company through a successful equity crowdfunding campaign raising $1.7m 

This was Sydney’s first workspace built for, by women.

BACKGROUND_
Pre-pandemic, flexible work was one of the major needs for women which would contribute to closing the gender pay gap. 

I co-founded a Frankly Co as a solution to this problem. 

IMPACT:
Over 100 women attended our sold-out pre-launch event.

More than half of the attendees signed up to become founding members.

Grew a combined audience of over ~4,500.

Covid halted Frankly Co. The need for businesses to support remote and flexible work occurred overnight!
