Strategic Vision and Team Design: Assembled a team and empowered the creation of a clear mission for the project. Feeding back, I ensured that the direction aligned with CPA's broader commitment and answered the challenge.

Project Direction and Objectives: Responsible for the strategic objectives, with a dual focus on creating an engaging experience for children and teenagers and gathering essential data for research. These objectives guided the entire project.

Leadership and Team Collaboration: Ensured the project remained strategically aligned with CPA's overarching vision and that everyone was aligned with the client's vision, goals and broader commitments.

Solution Development: This visionary application encapsulated the project's strategic approach, embracing gamification, user-centric design, content enrichment, and collective contribution to achieving the desired outcomes.

As Principal, my role was pivotal in shaping the project's strategy, guiding the team, and ensuring that the initiative remained aligned with CPA's mission and vision. "My Voice Library" will drive lasting positive change.
