Using design-thinking methodologies I established a problem-solving structure that optimised cross-functional collaboration to make decisions efficient and solutions effective for the user.
I led the project as an Engagement Principal. I had the unique opportunity to collaborate with Polemos, a pioneering decentralised platform bridging gaming and NFT rentals.
Our mission was two-fold: To devise a strategy that maximises user onboarding onto the metaverse and to lead the way in the emerging realm of decentralised GameFi platforms.
